N/V Brut Rose
Light golden yellow, delicate reddish touch, fine perlage. Delicate pear fruit with a hint of red berries, nuances of stone fruit. Juicy, yellow tropical fruit, subtle fruit sweetness, complex and creamy, lively structure, lemony touch, vinous finish, also suitable as a food companion. 90/100 Falstaff/Peter Moser Disgorged in September 2018, Kracher's salmon colored NV Brut Rosé, an assemblage of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Zweigelt, blends the harvests from 2016, 2015 and 2013. Vinified in barriques and stainless steel, this is a very fruity, round but fresh sparkling wine with good texture and freshness on the finish. Dosed as Brut with the 1998 Welschriesling TBA No 7. The finish reveals a certain greenishness in the aftertaste.
