Many restaurants and wine bars have benefited from the outstanding network of his father, Alois Kracher Jr., to access rarities. To make these exceptional and rare wines available to as wide an audience as possible, Kracher Fine Wine was established in 2001. Gerhard Kracher took over the company in 2007 and has since continued his father's work consistently.

Yvonne Kracher, Gerhard's wife, was born in Hamburg and has been in Austria for more than 10 years. After a steep career at DO & CO and Vivatis as purchasing manager and authorized signatory, she took over the office management in the Weinlaubenhof Kracher. In the areas of marketing, purchasing and sales Yvonne is available with great commitment.
