"This Siepi 2020 is Castello Di Fonterutoli's classic blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Sangiovese from a single vineyard in Castellina in Chianti. In this wine this just feels like the perfect pairing. The lovely roundness and juicy plum flavors of the Merlot fill out the middle palate while more angular structure and chalky tannins of Sangiovese add length and a more intriguing quality to the wine."
