2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve got a big “Wow” in the notes and, along with Daou and Booker, l’Aventure is certainly making one of the best Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles. Deeply hued, with lots of pure cassis fruit as well as classic Cabernet lead pencil and graphite, it’s a full-bodied, tight, concentrated barrel sample that’s going to benefit from 4-5 years or bottle age.
