It needs a lot of swirling to coax out notes of plum preserves, juicy blueberries, and black raspberries, followed by hints of charcoal, black truffles, and tapenade. The medium-bodied palate is packed with bright black fruit layers and a firm, grainy texture, finishing long and refreshing.
