2021 Andremily White Cuvee
The 2020 White Cuvée is a blend of 41% Roussanne, 36% Chardonnay, 15% Viognier, and 8% Marsanne, coming from the Slide Hill Vineyard in Edna Valley and the Stolpman, Duvarita, and Zotovich Vineyards in Santa Barbara County. It spent 18 months in French oak barriques, 60% new. Pale to medium lemon-gold colored, it delivers compelling notes of lemon tart, grapefruit, and apple pie with hints of lime leaves, orange blossoms, and chalk dust, plus a waft of struck flint. Medium-bodied, the palate reveals a gorgeous, satiny texture with loads of savory layers and soft acidity, finishing long with a gingery kick. 170 cases were made.
