2020 Echezeaux Grand Cru
A very ripe nose offers up notes of chocolate, poached plum, spice and noticeable wood influence. The supple, round and easy-going medium weight plus flavors also possess good density while coating the palate on the lingering, complex and reasonably well-balanced finale. This is definitely a ripe Ech and not really the style that I prefer but it possess very good quality and is a wine that should be approachable young if desired. (Burghound)
