This gives you all the freshness you expect from a Beaujolais Cru, combined with staggering depth. Very flinty nose, but there’s also extremely fine forest-berry character. However, this barely prepares you for the enormous concentration and brilliance on the palate. The most extraordinary thing is the intense mineral imprint that remains, after you think the wine has left your mouth. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold.
