2018 Cuvee Constance Rouge

Based on both Syrah and Grenache, the 2018 Côtes Du Roussillon Villages Constance has a ripe, plush, front end-loaded style that's ideal for near-term drinking. Giving up plenty of black raspberry and plum fruits as well as peppery garrigue, licorice, and spice notes, it has good mid-palate depth and velvety tannins. It's a pleasure-bent effort to drink over the coming 3-5 years. (Jeb Dunnuck)
