Distinct wine with elegant structure, in the palate with elder flower, fresh scents is complemented by pleasant notes from the oak. Good acidity levels with fresh fruit flavours and a long mineral finish end. Nice companion to fishes and white meats, even veal and some pork dishes. Also recommended as an aperitif – serving temperature at 11 – 13 °C. (Royal Tokaji)
